well managed

budget moderate and clean. the room had air conditioning, a mini-fridge, and a flat-screen TV. powerful water pressure in the shower. good location near I-35. management has definitely improved. carpet is vacuumed daily and everything feels disinfected. the bed was fabulous with smaller softer pillows. the A/C works well, and blinds offer good privacy.

I stayed here with my adult kids, and we loved being so close to the amusement park. The room was clean and spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax. The staff was super helpful, making our visit enjoyable.

My wife says that the noise levels from the nearby street were distracting.

Family stay not worth the price

I have to say I was surprised by the room cleanliness and comfort I got. The ac worked like a charm and that black out curtain did wonders blocking the light from outside it was the first time I got a solid sleep on a trip.

I enjoyed a nice room with a comfy bed after a day of exploring the nearby John F. Burke Nature Preserve and Gussie Field Watterworth Park, both just a short distance away, which made for some amazing weekend strolls through beautiful green spaces in the city.
